Coordinated movements precede all strength training.
Strength is the ability to overcome.
The ability to perform movements in the shortest time.
Power is force x velocity or the rate at which work is dont. We will teach the athlete to apply as much force as possible in the shortest length of time.
Endurance is the ability to maintain work over time with adequate efficiency and intensity.
We make sure all athletes stay in sequence. Almost all athletes are out of sequence. We work to get them back in sequence.
